Guests: Up to 6 guests. At least one person occupying the rental unit must be 23 years of age. Occupancy by more than stated number of guests in rental agreement is prohibited.
No pets: Pets of any type are prohibited in villa unit.
Linens and Towels:  Upon arrival, a supply of linens and towels will be provided.
Telephones: Local calls only – no toll or long distance calls are permitted unless they are collect calls or placed with a credit card or calling card.
Reservation Deposit: A $200.00 rental deposit is required within 7 days or the reservation.
Damages:  There will be a charge for any damage to the unit. There will also be a charge for missing linens or keys. 
Departure cleaning: Departure cleaning is provided FOR WEEKLY RENTALS ($50.00 for less than 7 days) 
Cancellation policy:  A six (6) week notice is required for cancellation.  Cancellations that are made more than six (6) weeks prior to arrival will incur no penalty.   Should you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. If the unit is re-rented for the requested rental period, 100% refund will be provided. Weather, Act of God and other events: In the event there is a mandatory evacuation or inability to occupy the rental unit due to weather, act of God, fire, flood or other events beyond the control and without the fault or negligence of the owners, the maximum liability for an claim, loss expense, or damage shall in no event exceed sums actually paid by the renter to the owner. The owner will not be liable for incidental, special, consequential or indirect damages arising out of or in connection with the Rental Agreement.
